(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Act, the missile obtained from the investigating police officer shall be studied by the public prosecutor and if it appears that the case may proceed, the indictment shall be prepared and filed at the time of presentation before the court, related to the case. If there is a suspect, the evidence and the accused, the accused should also be sent to the relevant police office.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the responsibility of keeping the bond, evidence and the accused sent by the public prosecutor will be the responsibility of the concerned police office.
