According to sub-section (2) of Section 41 of the Act, a party may submit a petition to the Tehsil Branch of the District Court within the deadline of the Court Fees Act, 2017 to fill in the fee submitted by the other party during the execution of the arbitrator's decision. After receiving such a petition, the district court will follow the procedure adopted in civil cases and pay the court fee as per the prevailing law.
