A person who wants to do the following within the reservation should pay the fee according to schedule-1 and get a permit according to schedule-4:-

to drive a vehicle,

to provide the service of a guide to the reservation,

To cut the stubble,

According to Rule 19, to take domestic animals with you through the access road.
