Unclaimable
If any person knowingly or having sufficient reason to believe that the director is about to enter into any transaction for his personal benefit or to the detriment of the bank or financial institution, if any person transacts any transaction with such director or his representative in connection with such transaction Individuals cannot make any claims against banks or financial institutions.
