Section 112
Details of unclaimed deposits
(1) Banks or financial institutions must send details of deposit accounts that have not been current for ten years or have not been claimed in accordance with this Act to the National Bank within the first month of each financial year. Times should be published in a national level daily newspaper. The bank or financial institution shall also keep the detailed information on its website. (3) If it is not agreed to take the amount as per sub-section (1) for twenty years, the amount shall be deposited in the banking development fund of the National Bank and used for banking development.
