Section 86
Notice of submission of claims
The liquidator shall, within one month from the date of publication or transmission of the last notice in accordance with this section, have a claim against a bank or financial institution which has been compulsorily liquidated according to this Act, to submit a statement stating the means of understanding his claim and the amount he can get. Within the specified time, the bank shall publish the notice as follows:- (a) Publish the notice in any Nepali and English language daily newspaper of national level, (b) cause the notice to be posted in the main place of business of the bank or financial institution and in each of its offices where it can be seen by all.
