Such status of a person who is in marriage will remain for twelve years from the date of marriage.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), a person who is in a debt settlement may apply to the court to terminate the status of the creditor by paying all the obligations to be paid to the creditor during the debt settlement.
(3) In order to conduct a hearing on the application made under sub-section (2), the court shall order that all the creditors who have been partially paid or have not been paid when such person is in bankruptcy, give a deadline of fifteen days, excluding the time limit of the road.
(4) During the hearing on the application made under sub-section (2), if it is found that the person who is in custody has paid all the debts and liabilities due during the period of custody, the court may revoke the order made during the period of custody.
(5) If the order is revoked in accordance with sub-section (4), it shall be deemed that the status under Nizkodamasahi has come to an end after one year from the date of revocation of such order.
