Section 682
Liability to be indemnified:

(1) In case of incurring the responsibility for the misdeeds committed in accordance with this paragraph, the perpetrator shall bear compensation.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the amount of such compensation shall be reduced if any wrongdoing has been caused due to negligence, error, negligence or malpractice of a person, including his own, according to this paragraph.
(3) The compensation as per sub-section (1) shall be limited to the matter of actual loss and damage and not imaginary or unreal compensation shall be incurred.
(4) Compensation can be in cash, in kind or in any kind of service.
(5) In case of loss or damage according to this paragraph, the person who has suffered such loss or damage may claim compensation under this paragraph.
(6) For claiming compensation in accordance with sub-section (5), the court may order the payment of reasonable compensation.
