(1) In case of any kind of accident or loss while doing any work related to the use of water resources, the person who has received the permit shall immediately inform the District Water Resources Committee.
(2) After receiving the notice as per sub-rule (1), the District Water Resources Committee may conduct the necessary inspection to find out the cause of such accident and may order the licensee to take protective measures to prevent the recurrence of such an accident from a technical point of view, and the licensee shall be responsible for complying with such order. It will be a duty.
