In case of explosion or fire in the place where any explosive substance is being produced, kept or used or in any load carrier where it is being transported or loading or unloading or in the vicinity of that place or load carrier, loss of life, life or property. or in case of major damage, the immediate occupant of the place or the owner of the burden bearer or the immediate driver should give the notice of the matter to the officer in charge of the nearest police station within the prescribed period according to the prescribed method.
