Section 37A
Check Operating Fund
: (1) Government of Nepal may establish a check operating fund (revolving fund) for the purpose of payment of check amount.
(2) The check operation fund shall contain the amount deposited by the Government of Nepal and other specified amounts.
(3) The operating procedures of the check operation fund shall be as prescribed.
