(1) Regardless of what is written above, if a rich person does not know how to read, if any action is to be taken regarding the stock, he should correct the lapche in the bank's account and also on the back of the stock.
(2) The endorsement of the Lapche signature as per sub-rule (1) must be signed by a member of the village development committee or municipality or any government employee of gazetted rank or any employee of the district.
