(1) When the investigating officer orders to demand bond or bail from the accused, it shall be done in the format as per Schedule-10.
(2) When giving bail or surety according to sub-rule (1), the accused shall make a document in Schedule-11 for bailing or bailing property in his name and in case other person has given bail or surety on behalf of the accused, such person shall write in the format as per Schedule-12.
