Surname of adopted son or daughter
A person who is adopted son or daughter can use the surname of the father or mother or both of the adopted son or daughter. But,
(1) A person who is to be adopted or to be adopted may also use the surname of the father and mother who gave birth to him if he wishes.
(2) If the adopted son or adopted daughter is invalid, his surname will be that of the father or mother who gave birth to him.
