(1) If someone acquires rights to the house or land in which the land is located by purchase or in any other way, the land can also be transferred to the name of the person who acquires the right.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the person who has acquired the right wants to register the article in his name, he must submit an application to the office attached to the article along with a copy thereof.
(3) When the office examines the application received according to sub-rule (1), if the behavior appears to be fraudulent, the article will be registered in the name of the applicant. At the time of renaming of the article, if the fee due before the month of renaming is due, the person who gets the right over such house or land will have to pay the remaining fee.
