(1) Owners of religious temples, monasteries, etc., shall spend up to fifty percent of the amount of donation dakshina offered to such temples and monasteries for the protection of the temples and monasteries and the improvement of their environment.
(2) Donations offered to religious temples and monasteries shall be as prescribed by the income and expenditure of Dakshina and other provisions related to its operation.
