(1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the mortgagor or the mortgagor fails to fulfill all obligations secured by the mortgagor, and the mortgagor recovers the mortgaged property, including legal practitioner fees and other expenses incurred in legal action. (2) The mortgagee may dispose of the mortgaged property before selling the mortgaged property or before entering into an agreement for sale or before the obligation is fulfilled.
