Right of mortgagor to take possession of mortgaged property

(1) In case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the mortgagee, the mortgagor may take possession or control of the mortgaged property without taking legal action. When the court makes such an order, it should be given such an order considering that the dispute is related to the non-fulfillment of the mortgage agreement and obligations covering the mortgaged property.
