(1) If an application is received from an organized organization for the registration of securities in accordance with Rule 17, the Board shall examine the necessary details and documents attached to the application and if deemed appropriate, such securities shall be registered in the securities registration book as per Schedule-6, the name, address, type of business, capital of the related organized organization. Details and other necessary things should also be mentioned.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) in relation to the registration of securities, the board may request the related organized organization to submit other additional details and documents deemed necessary while examining the details and documents attached with the application.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the securities of such an organization shall not be registered until the additional details and documents requested by the Board are submitted.
