(1) According to rule 18, after the board has registered the securities in the register book, the relevant organized organization shall be given a permit to issue securities in the format as per schedule-7.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the board may also specify the conditions to be followed by the related organization while granting permission to issue securities. Thus, it will be the duty of the concerned organization to comply with the conditions specified by the board.
