Section 40
<br> which may be refused a license to operate a securities market
Notwithstanding anything written in Section 38, the Board may refuse to grant a license to an organized organization to operate a securities market in the following cases:- (a) If it is not necessary to operate a securities market based on the development of industry and business and the feasibility of existing securities transactions, (b) investors If it does not seem reasonable and appropriate to allow the securities market to operate for the purpose of protecting the interest. (2) In the case mentioned in sub-section (1), if a license to operate the securities market is not granted to an organized organization, the board shall disclose the reason and notify the related organized organization.
