An organized organization that wants to operate the securities market shall submit an application to the Board for permission to operate the securities market in the format as per Schedule-1. The application given in this way should also be accompanied by the receipt as mentioned in schedule-2.
(2) The following details and documents should also be attached with the application as per sub-rule (1):-
(a) Articles of Association and Regulations or Statutes of the Organization.
(b) In case of an organized body formed under any Act, the rules and regulations made under that Act.
(c) Details of movable and immovable assets.
(d) Names, surnames, addresses of the founders and directors and the shares they hold.
(e) Details of qualifications and experience of founders.
(f) Details of the name, qualification and experience of the Chief Executive.
(g) Place of operation of securities market, area of ​​business and matters related to membership.
(h) Feasibility study report on securities transactions including at least three years of projected business income and expenditure statement and balance sheet.
(i) Other matters prescribed by the Board.
