The work, duties and rights of the Securities Market shall be as follows:- (a) To conduct transparent, clean and regular securities transactions through them, (b) Keeping in mind the interests of the general investors while conducting the securities market. (c) To make its members to fully comply with this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act and to monitor and supervise the matters related to this, (d) To arrange adequate and convenient trading places for securities transactions, (e) To provide staff capable of conducting business, (f) to provide adequate facilities and proper procedures for emergency and security arrangements, (g) to arrange listing for managing the exchange or purchase and sale of securities and making regulations with the approval of the board to make arrangements for membership, h) To do other necessary tasks for the operation of the securities market.
