Section 46
The securities market must inform
The securities market shall inform the board as soon as it becomes aware of the following:- (a) If there is any financial irregularity on the part of any of its members or if the financial status of such member appears suspicious due to the actions taken by that member, (b) if any of its members If the obligations to be followed are not fulfilled according to the law or if it is seen that they are unable to fulfill them, (c) If any of their members do not follow the financial rules and regulations or if they are unable to do so, (d) Other information as specified.
