:
(1) According to rule 13, the securities market which has received the permission to operate the securities market and starts the securities business shall submit the following details to the board from time to time:-
(a) Details regarding the decisions made by the general meeting and the board of directors regarding the management and operation of the securities business (b) Details of securities dealers and their representatives (c) Details of collateral obtained from securities dealers,
(d) Details of listed securities.
(2) The securities market shall submit an annual report to the board of the securities transactions within three months after the end of each financial year. The following things should also be disclosed in the annual report submitted in this way:-
(a) statement of securities transactions during a financial year,
(b) the details of the action against the securities dealer, if any,
(c) Details of securities listed or delisted during a financial year.
