Section 60
The
Board may refuse to grant a license to carry on securities business in the following cases:- (a) If it is proved that the creditor has become bankrupt due to non-payment of debts, (b) the application for such license is accompanied by this Act or If the documents and details required to be attached according to the rules made under this Act or any other matter prescribed by the Board are not attached, (c) If it is not considered appropriate to issue a license to do securities business after looking at the things mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 58.
