Section 63
Types of Securities Business
(1) For the purposes of this Act, the securities business shall be divided into the following categories:- (a) Securities brokerage, (b) Securities trading, (c) Issuance and sales management, (d) Investment management, (e) Investment consulting services, (f) ) collective investment fund management, (g) securities registration or securities central deposit service or depository (custodial) services, (h) services related to clearing accounts of securities transactions, (i) market maker, (j) securities business as defined by the Board in accordance with this Act Other prescribed tasks. (2) The scope of securities business mentioned in sub-section (1) and other arrangements shall be as prescribed.
