(1) An organized organization shall register with the Board before issuing securities. (2) An organized organization shall submit an application to the Board in the prescribed format along with its articles of association and regulations and documents related to such securities for registration of securities in accordance with sub-section (1). (3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the board, after conducting the necessary investigation and deeming it appropriate, shall register such securities in the prescribed registration book along with the details thereof and issue a certificate of registration of the securities to the relevant organized organization in the prescribed format. (4) Anything written elsewhere in this section However, an organized organization that has issued securities before the commencement of this Act shall register such securities with the Board in accordance with this Act within one year from the date of commencement of this Act.
