(1) The sound recording producer shall have the following rights:-
(a) directly or indirectly reproduce the sound recording in any manner or form,
(b) importing a copy of the sound recording,
(c) making available such sound recording by sale or other means of transfer of ownership of the original or copy of the sound recording,
(d) Publicly hire or lease sound recordings,
(e) To make sound recording by wired or wireless devices from one particular place or from any place or by the general public.
(2) The right under sub-section (1) shall continue for fifty years from the year of publication of such sound recording.
