In cases where the Government of Nepal is acting as plaintiff or defendant, or in a case involving the Government of Nepal, the Adda Court shall allow the Office of the Public Prosecutor to issue a copy of the documents including the decisions or orders of the Adda Court. If the concerned police office or other office wants to get duplicate copies of such documents, they must get duplicate copies from the public prosecutor's office.
