Urban Development Act, 2045, of,-
(1) of section 10,-(1)1) of section 10,-(a) in sub-section 10.2, instead of the words "before the appeal committee under section 20", the words "before the relevant appellate court" have been placed.< br> (b) the words "Appellate Court" have been substituted for the words "Appellate Committee".
(2) In sub-section 18.5 of section 18, for the words "in the Appellate Committee", the words "in the Court of Appeal" shall be substituted.
(3) In the section 19, instead of the words "appellate committee under section 20", the words "appellate court" have been placed.
(4) In section 21, instead of the words "member of the committee or appeal committee", the words "member of the committee" are substituted.
(5) After section 27, the following section 27A. Added:-

“27a. Transfer of the case to the Court of Appeal: Before the commencement of this section, the pending cases filed in the Appellate Committee shall be transferred to the relevant Court of Appeal. (6) Section 20 has been repealed and the appeal committee under that section has been dissolved.
