(1) In accordance with rule 8, if the social security allowance is passed for renewal within the end of the financial year, the applicant shall appear in person and submit an application to the relevant ward office. The application can be submitted by the end of the month.
(2) Despite the provisions of sub-rule (1), children or persons who are unable to attend themselves as per sub-rule (2) of 795 Har 5 may make such an application.
(3) In relation to the application made under (1) or (2) above, the concerned ward committee shall renew such identity card after examining it according to rule 23 (1).
(According to sub-rule (3), the concerned office shall update the details of renewal of identity card and give the information to the local level.
(5) After receiving the information according to sub-rule (4), the local level shall update its details.
