(1) The period of the certificate shall be till the end of the financial year.

(2) The group wishing to renew the certificate shall pay a fee of twenty five rupees for the renewal of the certificate at least fifteen days before the expiry of the period of the certificate. An application should be submitted to the welfare officer.

(3) If an application for renewal is received as per sub-rule (2), the welfare officer may renew such certificate.

(4) In sub-rule (2) Regardless of what is written, if any group comes to renew the certificate within three months of the expiration of the certificate, the welfare officer can renew such certificate by charging an additional fee of one hundred rupees.
