The laboratory established according to 10A.1 Section-9 shall renew the license every year by conducting a technical test (technical audit) by the committee. 10A.2 In accordance with sub-section 10A.1, if the license is not renewed every year or if it is not found that the specified criteria are met through technical tests, the license of such laboratory will be automatically revoked.
