(1) The project that wants to renew the certificate obtained according to sub-rule (3) of rule 10, must submit an application to the bank for renewal thirty days before the expiry of the period of the certificate.

(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the bank may renew the exchange rate for a maximum of five years according to the nature of the project by maintaining the exchange rate according to the nature of the project based on the exchange rate of Nepalese rupees with the US dollar for the past ten years.
