If it appears that the case should not be resolved without measuring, mapping or checking the disputed immovable property, the court shall order the measuring, checking or mapping of such property.
(2) If an order is made in accordance with sub-section (1) and measurement, examination or mapping of such property has to be done, the court shall specify the place where such measurement, mapping or examination is to be carried out and give a date or notice to both parties to appear at such place.
(3) On the date specified under sub-section (2), at least one official of the second class under the gazette of the court shall go to the place where the immovable property measurement is to be carried out. , the map or the surveyor should also prepare the check map voucher.
(4) After measuring, checking or mapping in accordance with sub-section (3), the employee appointed by the court shall have the relevant party, local person and representative of the local level stamped on such map bond and stamp his name on such bond and prepare three copies of the map for measurement and examination and also on such map. (5) If the parties are not present during the survey or map according to sub-section (3) or if they are present, they do not agree to print the map correctly or if there is a case where the parties are not present on the date, the other persons as per sub-section (4) shall keep the map, measure or check if the party is not present or if the party is not present. Also, the employee assigned to the case that has not been properly printed must have himself and at least one representative of the local level properly printed and file such a map in the bailiff court and keep it with the letter.

(7) Measurements, checks or maps that have not been completed in accordance with this section shall not be accepted as evidence.
