(1) When paying a check in the name of a minor, the payment shall be made with the signature of his mother or father. When paying a check in the name of a minor who does not have both parents, a witness will be kept and the payment will be made under the signature of the person with whom the minor lives.
(2) Payment of a check in the name of a person with a disability or mental condition will be paid with the signature of the mother or father if he is living with his parents. If he stays with any other person, the payment will be made after keeping one witness and signing the person who stays with him. However, the payment of checks coming in the name of a disabled person who has knowledge of all the procedures related to the payment of checks will be given to him.
