(1) If a bond is to be purchased in the name of a minor, his mother, father or his guardian may purchase a bond in the name of such a minor.
(2) When buying a bond according to sub-rule (1), a certificate revealing the date of birth of a minor, the name, surname, address, citizenship or identification of such minor's mother, father or guardian must be submitted along with the application.

(3) ) In the case of a minor, the principal and interest payment of the bond purchased as per sub-rule (1) shall be given to his guardian until he reaches the age of majority. After reaching the age of the minor, if he submits the certificate of reaching the age, the payment of such simple interest shall be given to him.
