Protesting if a voter comes to vote in a false name
: (1) If a voter or person comes to vote in the name of another voter, the candidate, his representative or any voter of the same polling station shall deposit a bond of one hundred rupees to protest before the polling officer. Will be able to.

(4) If the protest under sub-section (1) is found to be valid, the polling officer shall fine the person who comes to vote under such false name in accordance with the federal law on election offenses and punishments.
