Section 111

Every person after birth will get the name given by his mother or father according to his religion, culture, custom and tradition.
(2) If one's mother or father is not immediately available or if there is no possibility of being available, he will get the name given by the guardian or guardian who takes care of him.
(3) After birth, every person shall be entitled to use the surname given by his parents with the consent of his parents or if such consent cannot be obtained, his father's surname shall be used after his name. But a person who does not have a paternal address will be able to use his mother's surname after his name.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (3), a person may use the surname of his father or mother or both.
(5) If a question arises regarding a person's surname, he shall be deemed to have used his father's surname unless it is proved otherwise.
(6) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, a person who does not have the address of either his father or his mother may use the surname given by the guardian who takes care of him after his name.
