(1) After the publication of the voter list in accordance with Rule 9, the collector shall include the name and other details of the person whose name is eligible to be included in the voter list in accordance with Section 5 of the Act as mentioned in the program, and the name of such person in the format as per Schedule-5 to be included in the voter list of the respective village development committee or ward of the municipality. And other details should be collected.
(2) The collector shall submit the names and other details collected in accordance with sub-rule (1) to the assistant registration officer as mentioned in the program.
(3) After receiving the name and details as per sub-rule (2), the assistant registration staff shall register the name and details of the person who is eligible to be a voter according to section 5 of the Act in the voter registration book of the format as per Schedule-6 and submit such name and details to the registration staff.
(4) After receiving the name and details as per sub-rule (3), the registered employee shall take the finger print and photograph of such person as determined by the Commission and enter his name and other details, finger print and photo into the computer.
