(1) During the collection and updating of the voter list in accordance with this regulation, due to the death of a member of the voter's family, or because such member has moved permanently to another place or got married, or because such member has lost the eligibility to retain his name in the voter list, sub-rule (3) of rule 9. If the name of such member needs to be removed from the voter list published as per the schedule, the collector shall collect the details in the format as per schedule-7 at the place determined by the commission within the time period mentioned in the program.
(2) If a voter has to be transferred from the voter list to the voter list of the place where he has moved or married due to permanent migration or marriage from the ward of the village development committee or municipality where his voter list is located, the details of the voter must be transferred to the voter list of the place where he has moved or married, the details of the voter shall be attached to the place determined by the Commission. It should be collected in the format as per 8.
