(1) If a licensed radio device is sold or the right is relinquished in any other way, both the relinquishing right and the right holder shall submit an application for the purpose of naming the radio device to the licensing authority within thirty-five days from the date of the same.
(2) After receiving the application for registration in accordance with sub-rule (1), if the person who receives the right from the registration is deemed suitable to get such a license, the licensing officer shall register the license accordingly and keep the details of the license in his office correct.
