Section 111
Claim on deposit
(1) The deposit in a bank or financial institution shall not be claimed by anyone other than the depositor. (2) In case of death of the depositor, if he willed to someone, the person to whom such will and the person to whom such will is also died or there is no will left. Among the following persons, in order of priority, the person who is alive shall have the first claim on such deposit:- (a) Spouse or wife of Sagol, (b) Son or daughter, adopted son or daughter-in-law or widowed daughter-in-law of Sagol, (c) Father, mother, grandson of Sagol or grand-daughter, (d) Spouse or wife, son, daughter, father or mother, son, daughter-in-law or married daughter living separately, (e) Son-in-law, brother-in-law, brother, brother, sister, sister, brother-in-law living separately (c) Sagol's step-mother, step-grandson or unmarried grand-daughter of a son living apart, (g) brother or brother living apart, brother, sister, nephew, niece (j) Uncle, widowed aunt, sister-in-law of Sagol, Brother-in-law or granddaughter-in-law, (i) married sister, sister, granddaughter-in-law living separately. (4) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the deposit in a bank or financial institution shall not be given to any other person except with the consent of the person who is entitled to it according to sub-section (1).
