Section 113
Deposits that can be paid or confiscated
Deposits kept in banks or financial institutions as mortgages or guarantees, loan transactions, or from the amount of money that has been collected from the government of Nepal or an organization owned by the government of Nepal, or from committing an offense that is considered an offense according to the prevailing law. or if a deposit has been collected from activities related to terrorism or banking, financial crime or organized crime, the deposit may be filled or confiscated according to the prevailing law of the country in which the deposit is held or bailed or has been drafted.
