Section 76
<br> to obtain bank approval for taking deposits or making loans
Any person, firm, company or organization shall obtain approval from the bank as prescribed to take any type of deposit or give loan. (2) When granting approval as per sub-section (1), the bank may also determine the necessary conditions and grant approval as prescribed. It will be the duty of the concerned person, firm, company or organization to comply with such conditions.
