Section 240
Mining Procedures

(1) If any party is on the date according to section 235 in order to take the seizure according to the judgment, the court shall send the said party to the office where the amount is deposited on the specified date for the seizure of the property entitled to be observed according to the judgment or the payment of the bail amount.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if both the parties to the bailee appear at the office, the office shall hand over to the person to whom the bailed amount is to be disbursed within seven days and deliver the document of such property and compensation to the bailee.
(3) If only the person who gave the money according to sub-section (1) appears at the office, the office should hand over the money to him according to sub-section (2), including the compensation documents, when the person taking the money is present.
(4) If only the person who receives a fine according to sub-section (1) comes to the office, the office shall deliver to him the documents including the compensation awarded by giving the fine according to the decision.
(5) According to this section, the person who has to give the bond within thirty-five days from the date of the bond given by the office shall accept the bond amount.
(6) If the bail amount is paid after the deadline as per sub-section (5), the office has to deduct three percent of the bail amount within one year and five percent if it is within three years and return the bond amount within seven days.
(7) If the person who is to be examined does not come to collect the bond amount even within the period specified in sub-section (6), the office shall deposit such bond in the form of non-government income in the government fund.
