(1) The following minimum facilities for children should be arranged in the monitoring room:-
(a) clean drinking water and nutritious food, b) suitable arrangement including clothes for children to sit and sleep on, c) facilities of chairs, mats or beds necessary for children to sit and sleep,
(d). 8 Proper arrangement for adequate ventilation and light in the room, e) proper arrangement of toilets and sanitation, f) other appropriate arrangement according to geographical conditions and weather, and
(g) Other facilities as per the criteria determined by the committee.
(2) The Juvenile Court may monitor whether the facility as per sub-rule (1) is available in the monitoring room.
