Rule 63
<br> that the private sector can operate a customs warehouse
With the approval of the Government of Nepal, any person may establish and operate a customs warehouse in the customs office to store goods to be exported or imported.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the person operating the warehouse may collect the rent from the goods owner who keeps the goods in such warehouse as determined after taking the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
