Remuneration and facilities of President and Vice President Act, 2074

Section 14

Arrangements related to private secretariat

(1) There will be employees as per Schedule-3 for the private secretariat of the President and Vice President.
(2) The employees working in the private secretariat as per sub-section (1) will get the remuneration and facilities as specified by the Government of Nepal.
(3) Employees appointed and working in the private secretariat of the President and Vice President at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with this Act.
(4) The Government of Nepal will arrange furniture and other material resources and tools required for the private secretariat of the President and Vice President.
